The first film of Project FlOz20
It's not even a planet now.
A dirty lump of basalt with an artificial atmosphere and quantum gravity.
A smallest fragment of the ghostly hope of miners for a better life ...
So....
Our story takes place on a small asteroid with an artificial atmosphere and quantum gravity. Once here, people recreated a small piece of Earth for families of miners who, on a rotational basis, worked on the giant poisonous planet around which this asteroid revolved.
After a while, the minerals ran out, and the asteroid became unnecessary. A mining company has begun evacuating workers. However, not all miners wanted to leave their homes. Some stayed.
Social leaders appeared among them. They created the new nation - Planet Crotiona, adopted a constitution, raised a flag and took out a bank loan to build police robots.
Twenty years later, this zone of the galaxy fell into the epicenter of a protracted economic crisis. Crotiona ceased to be attractive to investors, her robots were not in demand.
On the third year of the crisis, automatic control system of the corporate collapsed. The computer was launched total products activation mechanism. All the robots in the warehouses came to life and went on alert. There were up to forty police crazy raptors per local resident. The real arbitrariness of robots began, operating under the control of damaged machine directives.
Now no one knows how many robots are in working order.
Now no one knows where are national liders.
Now no one knows how much people is alive.
This information is intended only for national leaders and a small group of their companions. And for a tiny group of their service personnel.
Only smugglers, Wild Martian Shooters and desperate ones can get out of here.
Eighteen-year-old Sheryl spent her entire adult life here. Before a crisise she worked as a waitress in the IMPERIALON cafeteria.
Then the smugglers killed her brother and she inherited his illegal jet scooter.
Later, a crazy police robot accidentally shot her mother.
And later, the Wild Martian Shooter settled in the neighborhood.
